I’m a recruitment professional who’s built my career around people, relationships and a genuine understanding of the industries I recruit for.
With 9 years’ experience recruiting across the engineering and building services sectors, I’ve spent a lot of time getting to know the people behind the job titles — from Engineers and Technicians on the tools, to Service Managers, project teams, sales professionals and senior management.
My specialisms include Lifts & Escalators, Industrial & Automatic Doors, Forklift & Plant, Backup Power and HVAC. I know these industries, I understand the challenges, and more importantly, I know how difficult it can be to find the right people.
I’m not about throwing CVs at a job and hoping something sticks. I take the time to understand what my clients actually need and what candidates are looking for in their next move. The result?
