Hi, I’m Lauren 👋

I’m the founder of Blueprint Resourcing, and I’m a big believer that recruitment should feel a lot more human.

I set up Blueprint because I wanted to create a recruitment business that does things a little differently — one where people actually get to know you, listen to what you’re looking for and genuinely care about getting the right result.

With a background in engineering recruitment, I’ve spent years getting to know the industry, the people in it and the challenges that come with finding the right talent. I know that a CV is only part of the story, and sometimes finding the perfect fit takes a little more digging.

I’m passionate about building genuine relationships with both clients and candidates, giving honest advice and making the recruitment process as straightforward (and enjoyable!) as possible.
